Stone, I've got a sponsee who slipped numerous times, he's finally managed to put 6 months together and by the grace of God he'll stay sober. At one time he had 11 years of sobriety but Sobriety Lost Its Priority. In the last few years I've also seen quite a few people slip and never make it back. Some we never see again, some we hold memorial services for. I hope you never become the latter. ![]()

Oh boy we could have some fun here! Childrens songs lyrics (words) at Bussongs.com I pestered Rella for an update today. She's still sore, can't sit up, hurts when she breathes and coughs, but she's showing some improvement, so keep sending some love her way!

Hey Stone- you might check out the book 12 steps on buddha's path (I think). The guy talks about his struggle to get sober and he was a buddhist prior to recovery. Also, I think he does your style of meditation...not sure. ![]()

I don't wanna throw up Recommend Bussongs.com to a friend! More about this song / Easy reading version (sung to the "Toys 'R' Us" commercial tune) I don't want to throw up, I just feel like I do; I ate so much terrific stuff, today at the zoo. I don't want to throw up, but my tum's kinda sick, From carmel corn and peanut chews, and corn-dogs on a stick,... And ice cream, soda, and chocolate bars, And cotton candy, pink and blue; I don't want to throw up, 'cause, "golly", if I do, We won't be goin' back to the zoo! Oh, drat! Oh! ... SPLAT! ... Oh, phoo! I guess I over-ate at the zoo. ![]()

Rella says hello and she misses you all. Stone- Rella sent a special message for you. She said she's going to gently kick your ass and use the caveman icon
