I've been off sweets for 2 1/2 days now....had a hard time turning down the brownies they shared at the noon meeting today, but did

I do usually try to share whether it makes any sense or not but I do usually wake up and try to sleep repeatedly.

How come it doesnt feel like any progress ?????

Give it some time frst... if you step back and reflect you'll see you've definitely made progress even if it doesn't feel like it. Get out a pen & paper and make a list of where you were and where you are now.
