It's been a while since i've posted anything on here, i've been feeling complacient ( i don't know if its spelled right) lately. I haven't really thought about using, but i just haven't thought much of anything. It's like i'm on cruise control. Ive been lazy too i haven't been to meetings in abou 5 days, so thats no good, eithier. I don't know i didn't really see this coming on i don't see it as a mental relapse but maybe it is, jsu wanted to see if anyone else has felt this way.

Haven't thought of anything much at all? Like your brain has atrophied? Yes that is how I feel. We need to start doing sudoku puzzles or something to get our brains working again!!! JMO lol.

i've been reading alot but maybe i do need soduku because it does make my brain hurt when i try them lol
