I didn't drink or do any thing wrong to myself. My boyfriend stopped me. And then i looked at it and i really didn't want to drink. I just lied down on the floor. Still haven't cried. I'll be ok when i cry. I think i'm back.Thank God. Peace

i think we need a good dose of spring, americans. the rest of you - maybe chicken noodle soup or a surf day at the windex sea?

gypsy - i was thinking about you last night, cuz my vacumn cleaner exploded. thank god it's almost mr k's birthday, we need a new one!

the service was nice, i just spoke about letting go and how us mom's do the best we know how on most days. i used some readings from alanon lit, and one couple came up to me afterwards and asked about local meetings. so that was rewarding.

gonna finish cleaning up daughter's empty room today, she actually did a great job of organizing all her "stuff" this move. she called last night and said she was settling in nicely. she and i will get along better now.

she wants to know when she can come home for a home cooked meal. mr k told her, "any day you're sober, the door is open." good answer, mr k!

Checking in. Went to Palm Sunday Mass but skipped out early before Communion to make it to a gentle yoga class. I needed both. The older kids hung out at The Dunk while I was yoga-ing. They loved that part of the morning.

Tired of the nonsense around here. Going to pull a stoney for a few before my son's party party. By that I mean lie down... not the other
