I drank again the other day, it didnt turn into a binge and I am sober again. I just needed to admit it and try to move on, one day at a time.

Hi yall. Thanks again for your honesty Stoney. I know it must be hard to come here and admit you drank. Do you have any idea what precipitated it this time? Good to see you all here on a Saturday. I took a shower and am having hubby drive me to a meeting. I gotta get out of this house. |

Thanks guys. Jules made a good point about it being hard to get back, Tan. That and depression precipitated it. No reason justifies it though. I went through worse things and stayed sober for 6 months. I am sober today, that's good enough right now.

I'm not here to worry anybody. But i just want to drink now...I'm sorry. I don't like drinking. You guys know that's not the thing i did...But i have no sleeping pills and i just can't take it anymore...
