if you could send me a few higher poser prayers tomorrow on sushi saturday, i'd appreciate it. i'm going to speak at that young lady's funeral service, which i'm kind of nervous about. and daughter is moving into her apt. i've been working real hard these past few days to keep my expectations in check. and you don't have to wear green or anything, but if you can just send me some idiot support - i'd be grateful. meanwhile - blah blah blah blah ....

A guy I go to meetings with found his wife dead last night. She had shot herself. There is just so much pain in this life.

But there can also be alot of JOY too. I just have to look for it.
