They played Scarlet Begonia's on a Workforce block today on the radidio. Thought of K & Dee & frstnm. The only ones with good taste in music around here Skipping the Venerating in lieu of shopping for candy. I'll be back. I'm glad things are status quo around here. Kids came to the hospital after all. I'll post about their elevator races when I get back. We almost got escorted out by security

I wish my radidio would play cool stuff like that thanks Vee Vee ![]() Elevator races are fine - it's the betting that gets messy. D

LOL Dee! No betting. This is what they were doing: Starting on the ground floor and racing to the 7th but stopping on the 5th floor to get creamers out of that floors pantry fridge. They then had to drink them and bring the empty containers back to the friend they brought along with them That and stealing all the St. Patrick's Day decorations off the wall, loading up styrofoam cups with butter for some odd reason and eating the ice cream and Italian ice cups meant for patients. Well... you get the picture. Maybe if they had been quiet about it all it wouldn't have been so disruptive. They are my children after all so quiet isn't in the equation. How do you speel equation? Let me ask Sage! They also made their obligatory stops on the maternity floor to look at babies and down to the morgue for I have no idea what reason !

Hi Tan - I don't know I knew you were struggling, but I did. I understand what you mean about wanting a drink or pill, but staying in today and knowing you won't use. I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I am right there with you. Congratulations on 16 years and on the Iphone you lucky duck. Rella got the results - NOT cancer, but needs surgery fairly quickly.

I think having surgery and having those Mede in my system has set off the craving. Plus I was off my hormones for a week which is never good. Sorry you are having a tough time too Ro. We need to stick close during this time. So glad Rella does not have cancer! |

You've been through a difficult time, Tan. You didn't know whether you had cancer, and you were holding up remarkably through the biopsy, lumpectomy and the WAITING. But now you've got the good results and it's like WHEW - I think it's perfectly natural to feel the way you are feeling. And yes - the meds - absolutely could set off the craving. And hormones - don't get me started on hormones... Lets stick close - no isolating, okay? I'm forcing myself to get to a meeting this afternoon - and I will call my sponsor. How about you - what's your plan?
