One of those lemon flu drinks with paracetamol in it will help too.

Thanks for the advice, RK. Those hot lemony drinks are called Neo Citran here, and they make me gag. I have a coffee being delivered by a tall, dark and handsome man very soon. He suggests he knows what else will help my headache.

Good suggestion RK! I've been sick for the last few days, bad cough and head congestion. Been drinking green tea with fresh lemon juice to soothe my throat and clears my head too. Hope you feel better Ro!

What's the update with Rella? Do I have to use that old fashioned thingy called the telephone? I'm trying to catch up... no energy atm. I did the hosp rounds, Free Ritas, baseball was cancelled, went to yoga, ran some errands for my father, made many update calls etc. Just too busy to hop on here. Read this link if you're so inclined. It was THE highlight of my day. My week really .RPS student has spirit that inspires others I'll be out doing stuff again tomorrow ( hosp, basbeball practice, van oil change, backing, post office, calls... I spose I should do some laundry and clean around here too) so please do celebrate Windex Friday in my absence.

What a beautiful young lady you have, Gyps. I can see how proud you must be. If you do call Rella, please, could one of you update the rest of us? I can think of little else.

Two Excedrin and a can of coke? Really! Awesome - thank you sister! I had a Naproxen (anti-inflammatory) and a large coffee, and that helped. I'm still bitchy, though. Anything for that, Sis?

| He'll need to be replaced shortly. Unfortunately we have to let him go, we need to let him return to his natural habitat (Barcelona).

Ok so here it is..... Good news is it not cancer.....however "if they do not remove it ASAP it WILL turn into cancer-without a doubt" it is 49% of my colon and they have to do a high risk surgery to remove it.(remove part of my colon) She was happy that I had the stomach issues back in December and brought myself to the Doctor because if I had not which I almost did not....it would have kept growing and been a lot worse! Pain is an indicator that there is something wrong with your body! I learned that from my Dad (Doctor) and Mom (nurse) at an early age! LOL ....so not out of the woods yet but grateful I'm on my way! My doctor says that it good-I'm young! Recovery will be about 2 weeks or more-and a lot easier than if I was older like RK (Just kidding) LOL :rof! Thank you guys for all the good wishes! 1/2 way out of the woods........here we come!
