Deviled eggs!  I have made these before by Emeril ...and let me say yummy! Deviled Eggs Recipe courtesy Emeril Lagasse Show: The Essence of Emeril Episode: Eggs 6 eggs, hard boiled, cooled, and peeled 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives Hot pepper sauce Paprika Salt and pepper Variation: add 1 teaspoon chopped canned jalapeno peppers 4 radicchio leaves, for garnish 3 parsley sprigs, for garnish Place the cooked egg yolks in a bowl. Using a fork, work the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, chives, and salt and pepper into the yolks to form a smooth paste. Taste. Place 1/2 of this mixture in a small pastry bag with a large star tip. To the remaining mixture, add the jalapenos and season with Hot pepper sauce. Fill 6 of the egg halves with the basic filling. Fill the pastry bag with the jalapeno filling. Fill the remaining egg white halves. Top with paprika. Place on a platter on the radicchio leaves, and parsley sprigs.

| with the Deviled eggs right Astro! I could not stand them growing up as a kid but wow-good stuff! Ok .....The Idiots (female ones-Me, Ro Ro, K, TanHo, Jen, Gyps, Chiy anyone I missed..) doing a PEEP show! Note: the boy Idiots watching!

I'm late to this but Tanya-CONGRATULATIONS on your results! It must be such a relief! I'm happy for you Sending hugs out to Rella and Gyps and well-anyone else who needs them really! Those peeps are hilarious! I'll post more later-I'm still waking up and generally don't make sense till after my 2nd cup of coffee-LOL(actually-I never really make sense-but I like to fool myself about who I am some days)  Yes-I'm an idiot. |

(((((  )))))Another day done. Seeing the Doc next week about my headaches, they never cleared up completely, just went from everyday to about 50% of the time. I have lived with 'normal' headaches my whole life, these are more like migraines as in I have to go to bed they hurt so much. Only thing is I dont get the weird visual stuff associated with migraines.
