Day Seven and Counting
At lunch today, my younger friends were trading drunken night and horrific hangover stories with each other. They did some really crazy stuff! All I could think about was how good it felt to be sober and not hungover. Day 7 could not have gone better. Reading the posts on SR have been really helpful to me this week. So thanks, everyone, for everything you share.
Life is good right now. I'm hoping it stays that way. I know it can change in an instant. I'm hoping it won't. On to Day 8.

Awesome!! My AV kicks in on and off throughout the day... BUT as I lay my head down every night to go to sleep, I thank God that I didn't give in to it. I thank Him for another sober day. You can do this, it IS worth it.
