| Another mistake? History may be relavent, but not where I'm startning from. I've been off crack for 10 months, but craving to try again. Today I orderd Salvia online, may be going where I don't want to go but orderd before I posted this. I won't have a supply for 7-15 days and it is leagal, tell me what your wisdom tells you. What I found online inspried me to try it, (been there done that) whats wrong with me. I don't feel my life is better without crack, trying something legal and less expensive. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, notready.  |

| Salvia will not be legal for long. It is very dangerous from what I have heard, just hasn't been made illegal yet. Please don't do it, it will be just another thing to get hooked on and it makes you crazy, from what I have seen and heard. |

The simple fact that you are ratting yourself out here gives me hope that you don't really want to do this. A method I was once given: Sit down right now and write down on paper 12 reasons why it would be insane to do this. |

| Of course, I really dont know too many facts though, just what I have heard. It just seems like not a good idea. I did find this on the net from someone who has tried it: "Salvia Divinorum is NOT a party/recreational drug. It's NEVER going to be as popular as recreational drugs. It does NOT get you "high" and does NOT make you "feel good" like LSD or Marijuana does. In fact, MOST people who use Salvia Divinorum once, will NEVER use it again. Watch the YouTube videos closely." |

| it's also very inappropriate to ask about other drugs on a RECOVERY forum.....it's a shame that you've managed to be off crack for TEN months and can't see where your life is any better...you ask what's wrong with you? you're a drug addict and you seem to still think drugs will make you better......sorry to hear that. god knows what crap you'll get online....hope it doesn't inadvertently kill ya.....cuz then you'll have a chance to get better...... |

| I never advocate ingesting something to cure a problem with ingesting something else. A good recovery program removes the desire to use anything, period. Have you tried NA ? |
