Every morning I say "hello" to my HP. I read "The promises" in pages 83-88 out of the Big Book every morning. This simple routine has helped me stay a bit more disciplined which was missing while I was drinking. I've been attending alot of different meetings to find ones that feel the best to me. I'm 25 days sober today and am feeling stonger bit by bit. What has helped you stay sober today?

Great thread! Every morning I read from two meditation books, and I say my prayers out loud in the car on the way to work (serenity prayer, 3rd step prayer, 7th step prayer, and the 23rd Psalm). Once I get my day started at work, I log on here. Well done on your sober time!
