Clean House Time Again Part 2

Slow moving this morning?
Not feeling yourself because you got into something bad?

Now is the time to get back to your program and work those steps.......get that paper and pencil and start writing down what is going on..........get into your program and hit some meetings to help your mood...................

This is your life and you have to keep up with cleaning your little house........no one will do it for you...............if you sluff off it will just get worse.........................the spiders will take over and they will raise their family to spread out......then it will be harder to clear everone out....................

You can do this.......................get that cup of coffee and get moving..............make something to eat and get that phone so as to call a friend in the program to help you get moving if you need a boost.........................

I will pray for you today that you get that energy to make that first move to make your life better............................

Hello little one.....glad you came by as did others who needed to talk..............One message is good and those of you that just read and leave....I pray for you each day that you can learn something here........

This is the place to be for the moment.......You can do good for yourself by working the program the best way possible.......keep up the good work..................

To end the evening get to a meeting and touch base with those you don't see during the day......................Pray and ask God to help you with the tough stuff you couldn't handle on your own.......

Had trouble cleaning house today? We all do and there will be a time that you won't have such trouble.........that will come in time.................But for today at the moment........keep working the steps and do work on the areas that have the most trouble..........You can do this.......

I need to work on some myself and so I must go for now..................One moment at a time is good .......hang in there and touch base with those you need ..........and call your counsler......................a little advise is good from those that really care......................Hugs...........

Tonight that Teddy Bear I have is my best buddy......Hugs are always there and the tears that fall make the bear something that is special......................

Get to a meeting and know your friends are there waiting for you.......................We all have that special place we dream about in our lives...........Mine is Recovery ...One day at a time.....................My friends are there waiting to hear from me and help me when I can't help myself........................

We all have those moments in our day when we would like to just throw everything out the window...........................it only lasts a moment..............it won't solve the problem within..............

Cleaning house within solves some of the issues we drag around for years.............................You can get through this......I have faith in you to touch base with your program and pick up the pieces of the life you need ....just for today............................

Trust in God to lead the way for you ...........He is there in the meetings you need for you.....today at this moment............Make that move in the right direction and know that you have a life in your recovery....................One day at a time..............

Today do the best you can and get to a meeting........summer is almost here and everyone is on the edge of doing the worse.........

Stay strong with your program and know that this bad day will pass...............recovery is important and if you need someone to be there for you contact your sponser and touch base with those at meetings................

Glad to help all those that need it today..........

No matter how gloomy the day starts we have lots of work to do for our little life........................this is our program and no one else is going to work the steps for us.......

ever have one of those days when you would rather give all this up and go back to doing something else...?

I do sometimes and then rethink my life and find that I am better off in recovery ............this is where I have my ups and downs and then know how to deal with them to the best of my ability..........

I have friends here that have taught me so much............I get those much needed hugs..............I can sit and listen to others talk and put in a few words myself if possible................

I have a place to call my own when I need to get away............and a place to find a hot cup of coffee...............

Cleaning my inner house comes first and that is important...........I have learned what it takes to do that and move on with other issues..........

Yes.....this is the place to be..............keep coming back.......

The lovely weekend is here and a time to sit back and really think about your program and how you can make some changes to better yourself.......................you can do this and make things easier for you.....................

Take a walk in the early morning before the rest of the crazy people manage to get up after their hang overs...........it is so peaceful when others are still sleeping..........................and only the animals are up listening to what is going on ...

while taking that walk find yourself at the meeting house if open and get your cup of coffee................sit in a meeting and think about what is being said............spend some time with others in the program and head home to work the steps................

Was thinking that we all need some fun in our lives now that summer is sort of here.......................

A walk on the beach for all those that live close near one.......this gives you the chance to think twice about your recovery and what God has given you...............I see a second chance to make life better and to live recovery to the fullest................

This is also a time to work the steps and clean house .........we tend to put these things aside and find something else to do........

Well.......I hate to be the one to say.........Your recovery needs some work...........I can tell..........work the steps harder and look back at what you started with..........How are you really doing in your program right now...............?

Need some changes to better your program?

Not too late to do that and get to a meeting after this..........listen carefully at what is being said in the meeting and go write your thoughts down..................

I have always found that finding a candle light meeting to end my day brought a neat experience.........and set the mood for writing all sorts of thoughts............................

If no meeting like this set up your own in your quiet space.........let no one bother you...........Let God be your guide and listen to some quiet music at the same time............maybe when you have it down invite a few recovery friends to share the experience with you ................................In the end go for a walk with your group in the dark and talk about the experience......

This will give you a start on cleaning your inner house in a way you never thought............................Have a good day..........

I am in the process of doing some inner house cleaning , I relapsed yesterday after 41 days and I realize that I am not as strong as I thought I was , I am still co-dependant incapable of doing anything alone (at this point ) , I have serious self esteem issues , I am sometimes vindictive and selfish , I have put little or no value on myself . I seek acceptance through the eyes of others , I still have to learn how to be an adult , with responsibilities and duties . thank you EP for continuing this thread , I hope that this is the appropriate post for it . love JEI

Hang in there and know that you are not alone........you will get through all this and learn what you need to survive in this world.........

Life will change for you in time and you need to just keep coming back like you just did..........

It took me a while to be independent and not rely on others to lead the way for me......................and today I am helping all sorts of people like yourself...................all it takes is one day at a time................

Get to some meetings and really listen to what others have to say.....you will make a life for yourself and get your recovery going .........get a sponsor and talk to others in the program........

If this isn't enough you can talk at meetings and let others know what is going on in your life and where you are in your program.......this always helps................

I will pray for you today and ask God to direct your path.........

Work the steps and look back at what you first wrote in the beginning..................One day at a time just for today is all you need ..........................HUGS to you today.........

Will be thinking about you today while I work on my stuff and really think about what you have said................There is a path for you out there someplace......You will find it and be on your way..........You will be the adult you need to be in do time.....Let God lead your way.......and be patient.............

Today spend time cleaning your inner house and clearing the air as well...............take time out and get a walk in while you think about what life has given you to look at in your program.......

What changes can you make today that you didn't do the day before.........?

Is there something you haven't worked on that you are able to do today?

Have you talked to your sponsor today?

Have you gotten to a meeting today ?

Are you isolating yourself when you need to be with others?

Think about your day and what it is that you need to change......make new changes each day and add to cleaning house as often as you can.....................this is all a daily thing no matter how you look at it................................Working the steps is part of your daily rising in the morning..........and your retiring at night.......................Keep coming back and know you are in the right place just for today..........................

Monday is already here and lots to do it seems.............

But first it is time to get some cleaning of this house done........it starts off my day as need to be done with yours.................

With coffee in hand and a muffin I am ready to get the work done.........................it is still early before anyone else is up and a perfect time..................It is just me and God to battle out what I have neglected for so long........................

Then it is time to hit the shower and out for an early morning walk before other wake............good time to really think and work the steps while outside................then get home to finish writing down what I still remember thinking about..............

Another cup of coffee is good by this time to warm my heart up more...............then feed the animals and off to work or where ever you are off to once your house is awake.....................

Take the day easy and don't rush yourself..........get to a meeting and listen to what others have to say..............if time allows get a few words in and you will be off to a much better start for your day..............................

Time to get out and get that much needed walk this early.............You can do it even if it means taking your coffee with you...............................I am behind you all the way......

work the steps in your mind and try to let your mind relax at the same time in you can.........................

Cleaning house on a daily basis is important..........You can do this and if you need help getting started you can attend some meetings...........speak your mind and find someone that has some hints for you...........................

Just remember that no one is going to do the work for you.............This is your program and the work is all yours....

Another day that looks NICE.....No fog out there and a walk is in order.............When you think the wind is blowing too hard....FEAR NOT.........You are in a good place........

Thinking of all you that have lots going on for the summer now that kids are out of school...................

Fear not the kids will stay busy ....most of them..............

Keep an eye on your recovery and don't let someone else distrack you..........this is important and you must get to meetings........

Clean your inner house even if it means getting up before your house does..................get that quiet time in and you will find peace with yourself...................you can do this ........

Be at peace little ones and know that your program in recovery is important more than you think........hang in there and know that you are not alone in this...................
