| Made it past 5pm... Second Day!
Had a lot of things on my mind today. I wanted to thank all of you who responded to my first post yesterday. Your good thoughts and wishes were appreciated and made a difference. 5pm is my addiction hour.... Thought I'd come into SR and read a few of the posts instead of having that drink (drinks) Now it's time to go make dinner! I sure slept better last night and it was great not waking up to a hangover! It was also nice having so much more energy. You all take care... |

It's good to hear from you today and that things are going well. SR is a great place for support, so keep posting.

| WAY TO GO - see you CAN do this. Just take it bit by bit moment by moment!!! You're doing really well - just make sure you stay on track post whenever you need, and continue doing a great job on your recovery!!!
