Neoo - as hard as it might be to see right now, what happened says way more about this girl than it does about you.

If going over and over this is making you feel like you want to drink, you have to let it go, for your own sake.

I hope you understand me and see I'm not trying to be harsh - but we don't have the luxury of letting self pity rule us any more, mate.

Recovery must come first.

Day 11 with no alcohol....the last 4 days have been cold turkey from nicotine! This will be the first day in 25 years that Ive had absolutely No chemical sauntering, riding, parading through my bloodstream to make my body scream for more. Today Ive crossed over a river where my "No" comes from my soul, not my body. If I ever feed either one of these demons again, Its a willful choice Im making, as I am spirit first, then flesh....0450, California....another 24.

Good morning from Michigan!

Not sure what I'll do to celebrate 2 months sober, but I'm thinking along the lines of a bike ride.

So much to do to get ready for my mini-vacation. My daughter-in-law told me 4 days do not count as a vacation (they just got back from 8 days in Maine) but they sure do to me!

Congrats to my fellow achievers today - lyddie, Nic233, jonandmelandhan and Susiegirl !

Busy day ahead so I best get started. Here's to a sober Saturday for all!
