Good morning, SR.

I haven't posted in ages, but I feel like I need to get back in the game.

I don't know about tomorrow, but I know that today I would like to commit to 24 hours. Starting small is better than not at all, I suppose.

Day 1 for me.

Perhaps a little wiser, sanguine, reflective. Health is rearing its head as some have had scares and procedures. Overall, I believe all were grateful to still be alive and mindful of how short life is. So go live it !

What a mighty roster of milestoners ! Some truly notable achievements. A shout out to Jo for 90 days ! Thats a good, solid foundation. And the weighty records of others are impressive indeed !

Warmest welcome to the newcomers too ! Grateful for your presence.

Another 24 hours of gratitude, serenity and sobriety pls ! Its 9:54am here !
