I've got whiplash from the rapidly changing temperatures. It will be too hot (and really bad air quality warnings) today so I'm staying inside for the second day in a row. Maddy loves the extra hours of attention.

Just got the sad news that a friend of mine passed away at the age of 59. He was a fellow music lover/chart fanatic with a vast knowledge of radio and record collecting. We never met in person, but we had many great exchanges on public message boards and thru private e-mails. He suffered a stroke this past January and passed away peacefully at home last night. Just another reminder to enjoy our friends and family while we can.

Saw the osteopath last night. It was great! I never realized how messed up my shoulder is, from all those years with those stupid machines on my back. (Backpack blower) there should be a warning on those things.
Big surprise, it's raining again.
