Hi gang. Peace and Love back atcha!

Busy bee here at work but turned the page on that for a couple weeks. Then had a gathering at my sister's last evening for my wife's BD. It was very enjoyable....partly because they've gotten this baby grand piano that can play itself. Beautiful music in their new place but kinda odd to watch the keys and peddles move with nobody on the bench! I ate two petit fours, so off for a run and some vitamin D!

Best of weekends to all the gang...

Those self-playing baby grands are so cool. Some upscale department stores have them - I agree, it is weird to walk by them and see no one at the keyboard.

Happy Birthday to Mrs. Mark.

Happy Memorial Day weekend, everyone. Feels good knowing we have a long weekend ahead. It's been a while.

I'm thinking maybe lobsters this weekend!

LOBSTERS! That sounds great Arbor. Do you cook them yourself? I'll bet those are so fresh and good up there. Just need a little melted butter for dipping.

It's just now getting dark here at 8:30 and the fire flies are out in force. I'm very curious to see how long the day light will last when we're on vacation. I've never been that far north.

Packing cubes. I've never used them until today. How have I missed this?! They are making my suit case way more organized.

Any of y'all got particular family plans/traditions for Memorial Day? Hard to beat a three day weekend. Hmmmmm, maybe there are Irish lobsters?

Hi everyone. Happy Memorial Day weekend. Remember our heroes, and enjoy the time off as well.

We have an annual party to attend. Not sure what food to bring. Will try to do somyIthing I can actually eat, but will be fun to share. Tricky, since my diet prohibits raw veggies, but is generally starchy, and bland... I'll at the very least bake cookies.

I'm exhausted. Made the call to the surgeon, but won't hear back on details until Tuesday.

Love to all. Goodnight.

Have a lovely weekend, dear phoebe. Maybe a cold pasta salad of some sort would be tasty and good for your system.

We usually cool them ourselves, Mark. It's not hard. Just steam them for 15 minutes or so. I have a large outdoor cooking/fryer pot that hooks right up to my gas grill propane tank. Can fit a bunch of lobsters in it or a large turkey to fry.

Enjoy the weekend, guys!
