Suze - The Grudge is one of the finest ghost movies ever, so scary! The Ring is another great one. That's another intense experience you sorely regret later when you're too scared to go to the bathroom at night. I actually don't watch scary movies anymore because I have to be careful with my brain, but I used to love them.

I need to resume a more healthful diet.
I have been eating too much ice cream of late.
My clothes are becoming a wee bit too tight
Sooooo, starting today no more ice cream; this is going to be a challenge.

Good morning all and happy Tuesday.
That's good news on the ice cream Leigh. Maybe a nice bowl of your fave each weekend?
I'm pleased with my sobriety milestones, but generally don't give it too much thought. Today, however, I had on my calendar. 1000 days. I tried for what seemed like an eternity to get even 2-3 days in a row and towards the end couldn't make even one day. No one in this house has any idea, except maybe that mocking bird singing out there. Today I'll smile a little more, then on to 1001......
