Goodnight, Leigh!

Phoenix, my son loves those kind of toasties! We have a little sandwich maker that does just what you describe, and he's been using it on his own for a few years. He's now 13.

As Leigh just suggested, I am asking you dear Arbor if you know what this tree is....don't pay any attention to the odd shape, half of it was over the fence until I dragged it back in. We love it...but have no clue what it is.

It might be an Autumn Berry Service Tree.

That is really pretty Suze. I don't know what it is either but it reminds me of a fringe tree. I'll bet a cuppa tastes especially good out on that courtyard.

Speaking of that. It's a cup to go for me......gym time!

Good morning gang.

Suze, you have a pretty patio! It looks cozy and inviting.

Our landscape is so sad right now. We need to restore health to some trees and shrubs, weed, do edging, and well, Huxley has his own ideas about excavation.

Suze, can you get a close up of the flowers and foliage?

Hope we get to the bottom of the mystery tree. Whatever it is, I like it.

Yes, hard to tell from the picture, V what it is exactly. Plus I'm looking on my phone. You could email it to me if you want.

Looks like it could be PeeGee hydrangea or variegated Dappled Willow.

Glad your on the mend, Phoebe! We are staying in Fairfield county. Just moving to the next town over.

We've had showings almost everyday since listing (which has been challenging coordinating leaving the house for hours at a time with two small children). Have gotten good feedback about the house. Just takes the right buyer to fall in love...

Now we all know what a dappled willow is! Beautiful!

Sounds great, Arbor! I hope you find your dream home. My friend's house was in Hebron.
