Oooooo, I did not know that page existed. Thank you. ♥

Sorry, I know that wasn't for me, but curious: how do you get to that page without the link?
I had no idea it existed, and can't see how to find it from looking at the options and drop-down menus.

Sassy, I was able to do the POETS day thing yesterday. Enjoyed the record breaking warm weather...we hit 64F! The last time we had a stretch of warm February weather like this was back in 1981. I only remember that because I was 15 at the time and had to sneak out of the house to get drunk

Have a great weekend, gang!

Good morning, Overs!

Nice to see the recognition of POETS day . It was especially meaningful when I was working. Sorry I can't spell it out here ....

FBL, wow - that's warm. We had mid-thirties here and gorgeous sunshine.

Glee, Maddy (it took me awhile to settle on how I wanted to spell it) has been wonderful for me! She now purrs a lot, snuggles in my lap and is an all-around super kitty. Big impact on my winter mood.

PJ, I'm happy for you that you like your new place. You are sounding content ?

Suze you sound so happy - I'm thrilled for you!

Itchy, truly amazing that you hadn't heard that acronym before

Hi to all!

POETS day, not to be confused with poet's day...

Enjoy your new place and continue being awesome!

FBL, thanks for sending that 64 degree weather east! We are supposed to be there today and tomorrow.

I never heard of POETS day either and had to look it up. Guess it doesn't apply to me, as I have worked just about every Saturday in my life since I was 17.

Have a great day all!

I like the video fbl, lol.

Pleased you're ok itchy.
Rusty, nice work on your bands gigs.
Star, we use POETS day a lot in the UK. Many workers have a short day on a Friday. (I'm one of them!).

Been treasure hunting today. 5 X 18 carat gold - copies of artefacts from the Scunthorpe Museum have been put in and around Scunthorpe and if you find one you get to keep it, each worth £2,500, we're told. One was found, but unfortunately, not by myself or hubby. :
Gonna give it a go again tomorrow, though hubby has been working on the clues we were given. They're over the top of my head, that's for sure. The first one found was the easiest, apparently. Anyways, it got us out walking. It was fun, I think!

Thank you Mags & Gilmer it's his heart they are worried about due to water retention he looked swollen all over and was a shock to see him like that he struggled to lift himself up and I've never seen him like that I left him some books to read and ran some errands for him he has my brother & sister helping out too

He wants to be out of the hospital asap but the doctors are saying it's more likely he will be kept in he's been there since late Thursday night and Il be popping up throughout the week doing whatever I can. I wasn't going to say anything to you guys and just stay strong which I am doing but remembered what I said about if anything happens while I'm away il be sure to check in so as promised here I am

I'm doing ok I'm not sure what the future holds for my dad healthwise but I'll be doing what I can to help out

I've been on the phone a number of times with him tonight so will call him in the morning

Trying to take my mind off things with pizza & the new film patriots day with Mark Wahlberg John Goodman & Kevin Bacon

Il pop in after the movie

At the bottom of the main page - the one with all the forums - the link is 'view forum leaders'.

It's been there for as long as I've been here
