The issue seems to definitely be my neck and the source of the radiating pain and headaches. Need to find a neurologist, I think.

Ah, Leigh. Hopefully with activity restriction and a plan you'll be okay.

Computer work is very hard on the neck and arms. I have to limit myself as I broke my neck in 2000.

You may be dealing with some nerve pain as well. Do see a neurologist to rule everything out.
