Prayers to you all. VC- do not let your head explode with over thinking and doing. Pace your self, hay?
Mark- the weather gives me deep reflections at times. Cornish hens? Is this a special, culturally different breed of chooks?

Huge hugs dearest Mark.....didn't get a chance to call Leigh tonight, but tomorrow for sure.

And thank you PJ....don't have time to pace myself though.

Hello Arbor my love.

Hi Suze. Good night.

You know PJ, I never really thought about what a Cornish hen really is......other than a rather small chicken. My grandmother would smoke them when I was young, so they're a bit of a comfort food for me.

Have a nice day all. Gym time.

Good morning all and happy Saturday.

A quiet house it is with a predawn cuppa and thoughts for the day.

Suze, when will you relocate to the US? I can only imagine arranging shipment for all your belongings. Very exciting. I wish I could figure out a way to split my time between here and overseas. It'll have to wait though, as I can't make a living online as many are able.

Almost daylight, so time to go wake the birds.......

Oh, I forgot to tell you guys....I posted it in the 24 and my thread. Sorry about that....drumroll.

March 10. Yes, really.

But it's not such a big deal to relocate my possessions as I have almost nothing I want. Just some clothes, books, records, jewellery, some of my mum's things and some other bits and pieces.

Easy peasey.

Love and hugs for you. ♥

Aaahhhh that's great Suze. You'll go from autumn to spring just like I did in November. I've never been to Ohio, but March is spring here anyway. What I wouldn't give to head back down to the Southern Hemisphere! I loved it there.

I don't have many material things that mean that much to me either. A few things of sentimental value that wouldn't mean too much to anyone else.

I arranged our lodging for a March trip to SoCal and have enjoyed researching potential hikes if I have the chance. So Suze yet again as you're headed east I'll be heading west!

Been missing Leigh myself.

Arbor, have you had to do much plowing so far this season? Seems like you really were busy with that the winter of 14/15.

i hope the weekend is treating everyone well.

Wow, you are a busy bee Mark!
SoCal will be lovely in March.
And too funny....at least we will have plenty of time to actually catch up with each other.

Most weeks my days are gym,work,home......gym,work,home......gym,work,hom e with typical errands mixed in. Pretty predictable and scheduled both at work and home. Not in a band or anything, that's for sure. But if I could sing or something that'd be fun! Not blessed with Arbor's musical talent.

Suze, I'm very happy for you.

Thank you.
Love you so much Mark.

Hmm, just a thought, but maybe you could become a part-time gym instructor (like one session a week perhaps) and help other people to do what you've done. It's fantastic to be as fit as you are (and you look awesome and that's not a bad thing )....we all have skills and talents, and I think sometimes going with your passion can lead to some very interesting places.

(I am now a freelance writer, which I haven't told you....it has been my dream my entire life).

Free lance writer! Oh I can see that for sure Suze. I think many new opportunities await.

Yep, I love the fitness stuff.....and thank you for the compliment. I'll gladly take it!

Wonderful, V! Congratulations once again! I'm very happy for you. You are amazing.

Only plowed once this winter so far, Mark. Very mild this year! Temps were 50 degrees last week.

Hmm....grumpy bear today. I watched the tennis last night....best tennis match I (and a lot of other people) have ever seen. Australian Open....it was Federer v Nadal.

I am such a baby when I'm tired...

Love you guys. ♥

Happy Monday Suze,

To put a nice end to this Sunday evening I just put maple, vanilla, butter, cinnamon pears in the oven to roast. Once they're nice and caramelized I'll spoon them on top of some vanilla bean ice cream . Yep, good eating there.

Y'all may remember that a couple years ago I was cooking a similar recipe and the oven wouldn't shut off and caught on fire. Yikes. My how time flies.

Time to turn those pears.....

Oh wow Mark....on the phone with Nick, and he loves cooking the way you do....with desserts being a speciality. He just told me he is going to make that for me.

Yum.

Enjoy....it's going to be fabulous.
