Hey girls, been a long time since we had a new thread, and a long time since I've posted. Apparently the iPhone app has been discontinued which explains why it wasn't working. Really bummed about that but such is life.
Well I'm now the mama of two boys. Bryce Alexander was born Jan 4th @ the local birth center. I wanted to give birth naturally with Clark but induction interventions made it very difficult and I gave up at the end. This time I actually accomplished my goal- one contraction at a time, just like "one day at a time" that I learned here. I'm very proud of myself and totally in love with our newest family member.
Glad to hear that your engagements are going well! Serene- congrats on 4 years- mine is coming up on feb 9th- clarks second birthday. Can't believe it!
V- you said youve chosen the when, so when's the big day?

Oh mel....Clark is such a beautiful little boy. And that is an understatement.
And Bryce is magnificent.

So many Congrats!!!!!!! Wow. What a difference sobriety has made in our lives, and how far we have all come. I am so grateful for you. I could not have imagined that 4 years ago that I would have a fiancé, graduate school and travelled for what will be 2 years, that Mel would be the lovely mamma of 2 adorable boys, and that V would be moving half way across the world to start a new life with a wonderful partner, and Dee would still be our unwaivering empathetic supporter through it all. All this happened one step at a time!
Mel - congrats on your anniversary!
V - I wish you good luck on your move. If there is too much to do before you leave, I recommend priotizing time with people, and let go of the rest(except for passport). The rest is just stuff. September in Ohio is a beautiful time to get married!!!!!
Life is good for me. Im back on the road - Myanmar. It wa my number 1 country and I missed it, so I'm doing this, northern Vietnam, Phillipines, cuba, then hanging up the travilng boots. It was a bit hard to leave this time - had to talk myself into it as I'm ready to start the next chapter in life.

I know what to do here....just keep encountering some very stressful problems.
Life huh? Today my internet has gone out when I most need it, and it took me ages and every ounce of patience I (don't) have to organise additional data on my phone so I can keep using my cell as a hotspot. Lordy. I need to calm down now...
One step at a time. This will all get done, and in two weeks and 2 days I will be on a plane.
