Class of March 2013 Part 49
I'm glad you expressed it for us, PJ.
It sounds as if you have a very proactive approach to not allowing the looming loneliness to blindside you.
Living on your own can be a good metaphor for a clean, free start without booze.
It really sounds as though you've got the best possible handle on things.

PJ thank you for sharing. SR is my journal plus the one that I keep here at home. Sometimes I cannot believe what SR has taught me. This place has made me open my eyes to many things and admit to things that I don't like to admit.

Hell froze over today!
I exercised: I went for a walk around my neighborhood in the bright, perfectly warm sunshine! This time last year we were digging out from under 34" of snow!
How is your weather, Dee? Is it any cooler these days?

Gilmer, good for you! I periodically get out of my easy chair for some much-needed exercise but sadly it's not enough to get the excess poundage off :-(
I'm enjoying the mild weather this week and expect I'll be disappointed when the inevitable next snowstorm hits.

Believe it or not I too went for a walk. I loved it. But, today I'm a little on the stiff side. Imagine that---My big move all winter was getting up from bed to the kitchen table to the living room chair. good lord, no wonder I'm stiff.
