Hey there Suki. I couldn't agree more…
Techincally that one is early 80's but I'm sure they were working on it before then and same difference.
Little sidenote; just remembered I was talking to a couple last night whom I worked and went to school with and they were like "do you remember the castle? That was the best night of our lives!"
Basically there is the ruins of a castle on an island close by to here and some of my friends held a birthday party there, they had built a stage and everything. I dj'd all night (kicked some other lads off the decks lol).
Owner was there partying also, this was the last track at 9 am or so…
2K sound system and all vinyl, it was a good night for sure.
Still feel guilty about (almost literally) kicking the other lads off the decks at about 1 am but everyone else there basically put me up to it…
I'm easily lead. True story too. Peace!

I'd love to be able to root through my records to see what went on but here is another tune from that night, maybe probably the one before the above even…
Set was a bit like the opposite theory in martial arts, the one I know, where it starts out hard and gets softer (uplifting etc)
Man I used to spend all my money on records and go about hungry and in rags sometimes, lol.
People used to invite me to play at their parties. I'd never look for any money.
Although, at that castle gig I heard they passed around a bucket full of cash and some scumbag ran off with it!!!
Lol. I miss those days

Unfortunately, Roy Orbison died before the record was completed. I like how they put his guitar in the rocking chair.
