Hey all,congrats on 90 days Kopfan,loved the list of positive happenings!Midwest, exactly my point on shorts,I don't want buttcheeck showing shorts but also not those old lady shorts either, the ones I found were right on,Ring,that's exactly what the AV is,a spoiled toddler in the candy aisle throwing a tantrum but what happens when we give in to the child? It knows how to get candy now simply throw a fit,hello to all,gotta help hubs with something on the car before I leave for work(don't wanna go!) Have a great day peeps

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I am visiting my mom. We are having a great time. She is having a frozen drink and asked if I wanted one, I told her no I am watching my calories. She asked if it would bother me If she had one I said no.

Likewise KittyCat and Winslow. Think for me it's the combo of the heat and knowing tomorrow will be long day. Gotta leave house at 6 am for 5 hr round trip drive to drop daughter at camp then busy afternoon for work

Oh and it's funny. I've done a week and day of no processed (or at least added processed) sugar and didn't bother me, but started with no artificial sweetener today (basically no diet soda) and that's what really was hard. Strange...

Hey all, tough day yesterday but made it through, still feel like I'm making this harder than it needs to be, good luck on quitting diet soda,I stop,start with that too but I really believe that artificial sweeteners are horrible for the body,I've mentioned before they make me feel rubbish, where's Tati? Anyone seen her? Hope we all have a great start to the week!

Hello All,
Day 109, No drama to report over the weekend. Feeling good and being active. I have always liked to fix things. But being drunk all the time kind a killed that. Well I’m back! Lol. My hot water heater died last week and well I replaced it. I did the electrical and plumbing. And at the end, the thing is working beautifully. Warm showers for everyone. I then started painting the house. Lol. Great to have the energy to be active and not tired all the time or just sleeping because I have a hangover. I love this new me.
Wow, we are rocking. Congratz to kopfan-90, kittycat-101, Midwest-50 and an extra point for hubby being sober also. It great the way thing changes when we do the right thing and choose to live. Sorry if I missed anybody.
