Snoozy love, I keep finding the same thing over and over..... Visible Recovery have different ways of helping you finance your stay there. All sorts of ways. I think it might be worth talking to them huny.

This is the link again that Dee posted for you love...that's what I did. Started there, and the next one is for Visible Recovery. ♥

Thanks Suze ! Sorry Dee , I must've missed your link ( blonde moment )

I've been browsing it for ages after I woke up from my Nanna nap lol.

I'm very tired today. Went to Mum & Dads for a cuppa , changing the routine has always helped me in the past. Mum doesn't look well and is very tired. She fell asleep on the couch today which is something she has never done.

It's ridiculous she has to wait until the 23rd for a bloody heart monitor cos they are all out being used!

Well get some ******* more!!! Stupid government , stupid health system .

Crois I know it's my time. This is the feeling I get when I'm completely committed.

My Mum & Dad are so dear to me.

Xxxx

The wind is blowing and we have about 4 inches now.
Glad I'm just relaxing by the wood stove watching football.

Way to go LadyBug, keep it up.

Bob, absolutely freezing here, it was 0 degrees when I woke up this morning. Been that way for days, no snow though.

Think I am on day 12, not sure but close. Cleaned the entire house today, top to bottom, all the laundry is done, beds made, dogs fed. I am feeling very accomplished. Bought a slow cooker and am going to make lemon garlic chicken, roasted red potatoes and green beans tomorrow. Looking forward to a lazy Sunday with a house full of wonderful aromas.

Hope all are doing well. Snooz, hope you find a rehab soon!

It's good to hear that you three gals are doing well!
It's very cold here too, but I've been going for a walk daily and it's lovely to be out when the sun is shining. I wear Larrys thermals that he used for snow shoeing and they help although my face gets pretty cold! Your wood stove sounds so delightful Bob! It's nice to have a hot bath and a tea when I come in.
I need to eat more/ eat more frequently because I've dropped weight on my "clean" regimen and look too thin. It takes time but hopefully I will get stronger. I'm sleeping better and look forward to tucking in with my book.

I'm doing an audition on Tuesday, with no expectation of a role, but you have to deliver a monologue which I've never done, so I've learned one, and want to do it for the experience. I get my arm looked at at the cast clinic on Wednesday. I hope I get this splint off!
Love to all.

Snooz, you are more than welcome for dinner. Plenty of food as there are no recipes for two but might be hard for me to keep it warm long enough for you to get here! Great job on 5 days, keep doing what you're doing. Same to you, Ladybug.

Leshar, good for you for walking in this frigid weather. I refuse to leave the house unless absolutely necessary. I was so cold on Friday after work I went to bed at 7:30 and alternated reading and sleeping. Good luck with the audition, I know you will do well!

Happy sober Sunday to all, time to go throw the magic ingredients in the slow cooker and see how this turns out.

It's nice to go for a walk, even if it's cold, Leshar.
It's really pretty out after a fresh snow fall.

I just got done clearing the driveway of snow.
It's time to relax and watch a little playoff football.
My team has the first round off. So we'll see how the other teams do.

I just had a frozen apricot chicken meal Lulu! Not a patch on your lemon chicken.

I'm trying to eat smaller portions & drink lots of water to lose 10 kg .

Bob I quite like a walk in the cold , but not when it's freezing enjoy your football my friend xx

Leshar, you need to eat more frequently , I need to eat less . We are all so different aren't we. That's what makes us all so unique .

Love our July class

I'm feeling a little shaky today. Been working in the heat the last few days and the air conditioning in the old hospital is terrible . Im spending the day in bed today, playing scrabble , surfing the net , not sure if it's having anything to do with
Withdrawal, but I don't think so.

I'm certainly not craving nor have any desire to drink.

Maybe just an off day .

Love you all xx
