Good morning everyone. I'm truly losing count of the days now, but it was 5 weeks yesterday.
I'm not sure what has happened to the weather but it's raining today and I've got a long drive taking my daughter back to uni. We are going to take it nice and easy and have lunch on the way up.
24 hours more please. So very grateful for my sobriety each and every day.

Hi all Toots in for 24 more on a bright, sunny Scottish morn. Chillier than of late but happy to be alive and sober.

prayers for your friend Courage..I have friends in Nepal too (not climbers) suspect it may be a while for some people to be able to let loved ones know they're ok....hugs.
