Morning everybody! Looking forward to my meetings tonight and tomorrow and also to resumption of band practice after finally getting the basement back together from that flood a few weeks ago. Looks like it's gonna be a good weekend!

Good morning, gang. Life here is good and I'm blessed. The headaches came back. I could tell something was off yesterday, but there really isn't a lot I can do. My diet is so clean, I have great healthcare support and actually saw her yesterday. . . but I cannot control the barometric pressure systems and when those fluctuate too much or too fast, I get these headaches. So if everybody can put their hands virtually on my head and pray for healing, I'd be ever so grateful.

Ever seen someone so excited to do grocery shopping on a Friday night? I am! More excited that I wont be wasting a weekend ever again! I have a fun filled weekend ahead. The kind I LOVE...productive, relaxed, family, and open time
