I haven't said so in a while, but so glad to be a part of this thread each day. I love my friends on SR and actually think of several of you during my day....
That being said, today is Sourdough Bread Day. I hear the best is in San Fran- and one day I will go there and have a nice hot hunk of it dripping with butter. Oh, yum.
I've made it myself, the starter is a little bit of a process but well worth it. Personally, I'm a big fan of sourdough- what are your thoughts?

Late check in but still here, 24 more please, had a busy couple of days but I'm going to hopefully reward myself with a day off of sorts tomorrow, once I've been to Costco for the weekly run I'm gonna get out into the Derbyshire countryside on my motorbike for an hour or so, find somewhere nice to stop for coffee and late lunch before my children come home from grandmas house... Watch this space lol I bet something messes up my plans!

So this is my last hitch on this rig. They're replacing us with a whole new crew. That's fine with me... been wanting to get off this rig and hopefully to one in better shape. This one is old and beat up. Who knows what the future holds? All I know is when God closes a door, He opens a window!

To celebrate all of your milestones, we have a heaven and hell cake. It is a multilayered dessert of angel food and devil's food cake, peanut butter mousse, and milk chocolate ganache. You guys are awesome! All of us here are awesome too! Keep up the great work.
