Welcome Griknus and congratulations on 55 days sober. Every day sober is a wonderful accomplishment. 
Today where I live we are bracing for a major blizzard. In my office we celebrated beach day while supervisors were gathering volunteers to work all day, stay overnight at a local hotel, and work all day tomorrow to staff our department. I passed because I have the coffee commitment at my home group AA meeting. I have the key and I needed to go in case anyone showed up for a pre blizzard meeting.
My husband and I had built huge traditions around snow and booze, and breaking that association felt like it was going to break me. Less than a year ago I was holding my breath and clenching my fists when it snowed.
The only other person who showed up was an old timer who came just in case anyone needed a meeting. Two people trying to do the right thing, checking in on each other's well being in a church basement. He's one of the regulars, who I get some good gems from, and it was kind of a privilege to have a discussion with someone whose shares resonate with me.
Carlos - was George the originator of womp-womp? I was just reading an article about Larry David, who George Costanza is rumored to be based on, because Larry David is going to be on starring in a play on Broadway that he also wrote.... I was thinking how fun it would be to sneak backstage!!
Saskia - Good luck with the move. I hope you can dodge the storm. Let us know how you're doing if you can.

Glee, SL and Gilmer, thank you for the birthday well wishes. I have a busy day planned with various personal and business related tasks, hoping to end with a trip to the gym followed by an AA mtg.

well SL as you can well imagine---it happened again---I went on a 4 day drunk.
I've just recently met a minister and she has already helped me ---I'm going to keep her close. it's day 4 of being sober. Someone from here told me to get back on the horse----so, here I go again. thanks for asking SL
