I'm so grateful to be part of such a loving group of people. Reading your posts here has become my early morning ritual and it makes my heart sing.

My 57 year old son-in-law is on oxygen 24/7, and back in the hospital yesterday with lungs filling with fluid. Had pneumonia and not recovering.
I am so grateful as a complicated person to have this simple program which continues to save my sorry rear end when I refrain from drugs, alcohol, and cancer sticks.
All of you are in my prayers as I celebrate another 24 in Maryland today, and congratulate all milestoners.

Good morning; its 9.38am here in the UK and signing in for another 24 hours!
Feeling a bit blah today, been struggling a bit with my eating disorder. But as long as I am sober and work hard on improving myself And living a good life I hope I can eventually be in recovery from that as well.
