24 more here, please. Curbed a craving with exercise instead of wine last night. Who knew that actually works?! Gotta say that an endorphin high is a million times better & more satisfying than an alcohol high & this a.m. I'm hangover-free! Win/win!!

Headed into my first sober weekend in a while w/a new tool in my toolbox. I'll see you all tomorrow.
