pizza's the best breakfast, spaghetti's good too... sugar and carbs... and no respect for the traditional breakfast food industry

i like them with ketchup...

i am doing better, thank y'all, the flu's over and now is time to make up an impossible amount of work... and get to a meeting that's essentially 6 hours long...

and bee, i conquered it with a week sobriety... you can do this easily...
