Took a shower just now. Feel some better but my mind is still racing round and round. I can't keep up.

Sing the song Stone!!!!!!!!!   :I'm on the top of the world lookin' down on creation and the only explanation I can find Is the love that I've found ever since you've been around You love puts me at the top of the world. Hey..there is nothing wrong with positivity...maybe, I force myself to live on the brighter side of Living In Sobriety. But, I do have to manage my meds..or I melt down fast. But I have to work my program that much harder...dual diagnoses do s**k. It say's in our Whiner's Anonymous Promises... That Polyanna feeling of La tee dah la tee dah will disappear...but I refuse to take that one lying down. I'm ready for some happiness..dagnabbit. And that is..suthern...

It is hard sometimes. I did (not) want to go to my district meeting last evening...I felt so sick. After an hour's nap..I got up and was about to call my ride to cancel. My friend is the H and I person for our area..and she called me just at that moment. It just blurted out of mouth..like a burp...pick me up. I was okay by the time the meeting started..just a little weak, and felt so much better about keeping my commitment to service. But something funny happened. it was 111 when we got there...and the member that opened up turned on the heater by mistake! It was unbearable...we all sat in the room..waiting forthe air to kick in, until someone else checked it. I am glad you guys are doing better today...really... :Thanks for the song Nelcs..it was not cheesy. Hope you feel better Least...not so anxious... Hi to Jim down there

I like that music too. I asked about drifters because years ago they came to Ireland and I went. We were all drunk though. I like lots of different types music. When I was a teenager I hung around with punk rockers and listened to "the sex Pistols".....hee hee. Stone is laughing again......."remember never mind the bollocks its the sex pistols " stone?? |
