Really disgusted with ck today. I asked her for fifty dollars for her cell bill for June and July and she again threw a fit cause she's saving money for college. I again pointed out that if she were to start her own cell bill she'd have to pay a big deposit and pay the thirty five dollars a month herself, instead of staying on my plan and only paying twenty five. I'm tired of being dragged into her "free lunch" fantasy. I'm sick of being put off and am ready to take her off my cell plan. She 'knows' she's getting a bargain from me but still complains about it... She's acting like a spoiled child and will soon find out what it means to be an adult and pay your own bills!

Tell her - today - she needs to pay you the $50 or get her own plan. Make it her choice - when she finds she can't afford the upkeep of the phone, I think she might just change her mind about the $50 ![]() D

That's what I told her this morning as I was taking her to work: either pay up or get off my plan. I know she understands my position and that she's indeed getting a bargain, she just likes to complain about it, hoping I'll give in and let her have it for free... which ain't gonna happen!

| Forgive me for not backreading umteen pages of whines! Hope all your whines were little ones, and that they, too, have passed. Been without a pc for over a week and going through serious "withdrawal". Nephew finally got me up and running...brought it back through the ambulance entrance at 10:30 last night! It is slower than slow, and of course I have to reconstruct my favorites...but, I am a happy camper today. With no puter, I played countless games of Solitaire and read a book by John Grisham in three days! Oh...current whine is that I am again without a permanent day-time aide. This one got fired for calling out too often. Ah, well...I no sooner get them properly "trained", and they're gone for one reason or another. Good to be back among you, my friends!!!

| Welcome home Jerz!! ![]() And GG, ![]() Note to self: Never ever ever dance with Fub! Not even the Hokey Pokey! My whine today...I am enjoying the rest of this week off as I use up vacation easing myself out of my job...and I can't find a dang thing to whine about. I have to pick up a few groceries today and will make a special trip to Aisle 6 where I am often inspired for some of my best whines. Stay tuned. Too early to haiku, but I love all the others here, they go well with my morning coffee

Perfect use of the thread Jim ![]() Anxiety's pretty common in early sobriety - are you out from house arrest from the swine flu yet? That can't have helped. Maybe go for a walk, or a run or something - got a dog? Run around in the park. Exercise is good. Of course if all this has been going for a while, and it seems pretty major to you - I'd see the doc. I hope you don't mind me saying here but I've read you've had some grieving - that on it's own might cause anxiety attacks, never mind early sobriety. Got an appointment for the eye thing yet? Mention it then maybe? D
