Anyone know when the forums will be off/upgraded? The runner at the top of the page doesn't say what times it will be off.

It's a plot to drive us crazy, least, short ride for some of us  CMC, thank you for reading the fine print, my bifocals are failing me again. Dee, wake up, sunrise must be soon for you...and don't forget your camera. Did Pattee say gherbils? Working on a whine, running around quickly first in case the site goes down...

Now Queeny doesn't do well with complaints. I lose patience quickly and will not be leaving MY cushion with them (thus leaving my sofa one cushion short) but I will let them fix it right there and then or order me a new one. Now this is where I would love CMC to take it back for me...she'd probably get a chauffeur for a week thrown in. Happy Friday Whiners!!!

Do you know whay today is???? Yup cleaning day. MY wife says that as soon as the cleaning lady shows up I won't have to do the cleaning anymore. I have been waiting for months yet every week she is a no show so last night I asked her when the cleaning lady is showing up. She answered when she retires too. I don't even know what that means but there may or may not be a hidden message in there. All I know is that I will be doing the cleaning today----------and the laundry.

Mom just called wanting me to join her for coffee and breakfast. Told her I wasn't feeling too well again and she got 'upset' with me for 'turning her down' every time she called me this week! I told her not to take it as a personal insult, only that I haven't been feeling good this week. So I'll go and have some toast and coffee... I wish she wouldn't take everything so personally...

Somebody stole my avatar again. If this happens to you remember rule 62. I would give you a daily reminder of rule 62 except that is what is on the avatar that somebody stole so I can't give you that daily reminder unless I remember to and I have already whined about fading memory this week so I will just keep quiet.

I see it too, Fub, it's there and it's clear. Furniture Store Guy fixed my cushion, he said it would be easy but he had sweat on his brow before he was finished. Maybe FSG KNEW I had on my steel toed bunny slippers and was eyeing his shins. Good as new, all fixed and it didn't cost me a cent...except I passed a bed and bath sale on my way home and King Bubba is gonna LOVE his new sheets and bedspread and shams and fancy toss pillows. They were on sale and I saved him a fortune Come to think of it, King Bubba might make up for my lack of whines today.
