My whine, I drink my coffee with coffeemate creamer, I picked up the wrong creamer at store, some lowfat stuff and my coffee is still black somehow even with this stuff in it. I will drink it but whine about it. Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho, its back to the store I go!!!

This week I am substituting green tea for my coffee to facilitate fat burn.
Tea instead of coffee for a whole week.

Have they not heard "Keep It Simple"? Everyone should have a program, especially family.

Oh no! We looked around...

Then I found it, up on the knick knack shelf (?)...whew....talk about withdrawals.

It would have taken a reaaaally strong cup of tea to take the "grump" out of me

in the morning...

Grab yourself a chair and pour yourself a cup...brown with caffeine and above room temp and cream...that's all I ask.

IO, if you catch yourself out of filters, improvise with a paper towel. It works okay but be careful taking it out...it tends to split and drop grinds everywhere.

Queeny is going for a "new do" today, her summer haircut/style. My hair grows fast and can go from short and sassy in the summer to long and unmanageable by the next spring. Now, this is a new city I live in and I have no idea what salon is good, so I am going by the pictures in the yellow pages and have chosen one that looks worthy of my tresses.

I mention this because there will be a whine in there somewhere, so keep the tissues handy.
