lost it for a couple of days Pat, spent one whole day hiding on the couch but got back into it. Have some difficult things to face and do including maybe letting the house go as it seems I cant sell it because of the new bush fire regs! But then realsied that what I had really lost was that spiritual connection and I talked to my hp, went to meets spome to members and whilst all teh above is still fact, its not me and day at a time I will deal with it. Thank God for other addicts and alkies and for that mysterious pwer greater than me.
Thank God for the life I have been given, gratitude growing again
