Your father sounds like a fine man, Sher, and I think you got a lot of his finer genes. Hugs on this anniversary of his passing.

I have no whine today. I took a holiday (the official Canada Day is Wednesday and I'm taking that too, ha ha) and I am pleased to announce that Queeny has decided to semi?retire. My job has grown to way more hours than I want, and it's an hours drive since we moved, so after much thought and much gratitude for the option, I have decided to take some time for myself and maybe do some volunteer work or things I really like doing. I'm not sure how quickly I can get someone else in place, but it will be nice to take a break and enjoy my surroundings until I decide what I want to do when I grow up.

So, I am hoping CMC will be my designated whiner again today, I promise to get focused and muster up some fine whines very soon .

I have a small whine today, start small and grow I always say. It's going to rain again. And perhaps hail. It's almost July and it's just not warm enough to call it summer.

Jim, that swine flu can be nasty, maybe just take a day to pamper yourself, be lazy and just whine whine whine.

A little whine in the morning can set your day on a course that can only get better.

*SIGH* Hoping for a 4 day work week. Everyone else is closed on Friday in our business. Boss has made an appt. for that day. Bummer.

Ever wake up some mornings and just think "what the hell am I doing all of this for?" I know a lot of you do too. Lot's of stress over the last few months. I just want it to go away.

Come on part time job!!!!!!! I'm still working on it.

This isn't a whine but it's funny. Went to the dentist today and at the end I heard him say Cordysol to the nurse. This is a very alcohol based mouth wash. When he offered it to me to rinse, I said no. he asked was I worried about the rumors about mouth wash so I said no. Pause. So I just said I'm a recovering alcoholic and I don't take any alcohol based oral products. OMG! The look on his face
