Well....last night my sleep was erratic - some of it cos I was too hot etc, some of it cos my effing neighbors woke me up.....when I was drinking, what a wonderful excuse this would have been to carry on..all those poor me's and resentments....but today I am here drinking my lovely espresso. So no quits for moi today!
