I have just found this site, i just done a new thread on substance misuse then i saw this one lol lol

I have been clean for 13 months i finished treatment last summer.
I am doing good

It is the middle of the night in the states.
I think you are about 8 hours earlier then us.

6-11PM east Coast time. 1800-2300 New York time is when things would be busier. At times it will start getting busy in the AM as well. About 2-3 hours from now.
0600 NY time

Hey, Emily!! WELCOME to SR and our NA forum!! CONGRATULATIONS on 13 Months, too!! Actually, I think you are 5 hours ahead of us here in the Eastern US. Just take that into account 'cause most of our members are in the US, though we have plenty from all over the world as well. Also, you may want to visit the Newcomers board. It's generally busier there. Glad you're here!!
