Life is never as bad as we can make it. We can and do recover. Do yourself a favor and don't quit. You deserve a break today, and you are worthy of recovery, no matter where you find it.

I've been sad like that too. I don't post when I feel like that, but I do read other posts and they help. Please take care of yourself!

I hope you get through what you need to get through, you don't have to do it alone. Just remember that nobody came here because life was good. We didn't seek help because life was wonderful. We find that we can get through these hard times when we give up doing it the same way we did things that got us to these desperate moments of despair.
I really do hope that you get the help you need, and realize we have been there too.
