| How much is too much??
Sure I have a problem, not to minimize. But, question,,,,I take 1 to 2 10/325 almost everynight for what used to be pain, now pleasure. I hate that I am doing this. Is that a big problem to kick? What is the average of some of the additions? Again, I am not minimizing that I am using, but I want a comparison please.. Thank you :hello2

In Narcotics Anonymous, "We are not interested in what or how much you used or who your connections were, what you have done in the past, how much or how little you have, but only in what you want to do about your problem and how we can help." I've been told to focus on the similarities rather than the differences. If you're asking mostly because you're worried about withdrawal, I can tell you that a couple of 10/325s "almost" daily is not alot. In my experience with oxycodone, I would expect some withdrawal, but not horrible. If you're getting the stuff from a doc, I suggest you discuss detox honestly with him. They can give you clonidine and/or other meds to ease you through it. Are you going to meetings? If not, I strongly recommend it. They can help you keep from returning to a very bad place! Peace, love, s, and joy,Eddie

It doesn't matter how much, its the first one that kicks our butt. Its not how much we put in our body, its the effect it has on our wellbeing. one is too many and a thousand never enough. Todd J.

I know that for me, just one is too much. And a thousand is never enough.

Eagle, For me 1/2 a pill-no 1/4 of a pill is too much. If you are taking it for pleasure now, 1 is too many. I used for over 10 years and I shudder to think how much damage I may have done to my liver. Detox is different for everyone. You had some good advice above--be honest with the doctor who is perscribing for you. He/she can help you with detox or refer you to someone who can. Then, give you self a great Christmas gift :xmasd Go to an NA meeting. You won't regret it. Keep posting.
