| Day ONE!
I'm on the patch, kicking Nicotine. This is damn hard. I'm going to need your support to be on the fully clean path. Can I chew the Nic-gum and be on the patch?

More is always better!lol The gum is freaking nasty, I have a dear friend who became addicted to the gum and got throat cancer, he's alive now and the cancer is in remission but the whole idea has turned me off. Let me know how the patches go, I am gonna surrender to the steps, God and try to live totally drug free, it sounds good till 2 hours later when I m at the store buying a pack saying "mayb tomorrow" lol!! Good luck! Todd J.
