60 days clean today! - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Hi guys, I have 60 days clean time today and owe a lot of credit to this site for helping me through them with much more ease than it would have been.

Some of you know that I am in wheelchair and cannot drive to my meetings right now, or have to search out wheelchair accessible meetings, so this site has been instrumental in helping me to attain my 60 days of clean time.

So with that in mind, Thank you Jon, thank you to the administrators, thank you to the forum leaders, thanks to all who chair the java jives and meetings, thank you to Doug with his jokes keeping us laughing during a time we need some levity, thank you to all who responded to my questions or comments, and most importantly, thank you to my HP for directing me to this site.

I was told yesterday at my surgeons visit that tomorrow I will be able to start weightbearing on my leg. Feather weight at first, but for me this is a milestone, and something I have waited 4 months for.
Don't worry, I will not be off and running and will always come in here daily to see how my friends are.
