Want to participate but can't figure out how to navigate the system. Never chatted before. Help please!

Hi Sparkle, and welcome! Nothing to it really, once you get the hang of it. You can start a thread here on the Narcotics Anonymous forum (or any other forum) just like you did for this one, or you can reply to other threads by clicking on the blue button that says "post reply" on the bottom left of the last posted reply. We also have chat with regular meetings, or you can pop in at any time and see if there's anyone there to chat with. I'm posting the link for the chat forum so you can see the schedule, and be sure to check out the "sticky" threads on that forum for more info on chat. Here's the link, and please let one of the moderators know if you need help with anything else:
