I can't take the physical pains I'm feeling.
The mental bullsh*t going through my head...
I haven't smoked........................ Yet........

I just had a very close friend of mine chose to use. It's a real good thing that he made it back, because not all of us do.

please choose not to use, it will get better if you can just give it a chance to work for you.
If you did already use, you can still flush the rest down the drain.

Hang on Cheryl, I can relate to the "mental Bullsh*t" it's tough to deal with.
I've spent more time sobbing in the last 30 or so days than I think I have my entire life.

Find a meeting and share, talk about it, I find this helps me. Do you have a sponsor?
