All over again~ - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I am back at the begining again. I relapsed on Wed. So I have 2 days. I can't believe I did that, that I was so weak. I know all the reasons that I want to stay clean and I blew it anyway. Oh well. I will try again and hope that it doesn't happen again.

Hi Dawn....

Dont be hard on yourself. Two days clean is somthing to be proud of. all that matter now is that you are here and clean for today .

Its good you got on SR to tell people. Keep coming back and like Jenn says don't be so hard on yourself.

I am a few days late to this thread, Hope you are clean today . Dont beat yourself up. Do what you can to stay clean just for today as yesterday is no longer here and tomorrow has not arrived. My suggestion , if you dont have a basic text, get one, if you dont have one its like going to war without a weapon. welcome to SR. keep posting and we will be here to help anyway we can.
